Studio has king sized bed, full bathroom, kitchenette w/ lg. fridge, microwave,toaster oven, coffee maker, etc . Outdoor parking or covered parking is available in inclement weather.

Your family will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located basement apartment. The Central States Fairground, The Monument Civic Center, downtown Rapid City, and Rushmore Crossing are all within a 10 minute drive. We do have full-time tenants on the property with dogs. Some noise should be expected. The pets have their own dedicated space and contact with the pets should be minimal, if at all. We have one security camera located outside the entrance to the apartment.

Don't worry about parking, you have your own covered spot feet from the front door. Or if you feel like relaxing after a day exploring, stay in and relax, room to spread out. Fully equiped kitchen and laundry make longer stays much more comfortable. Very close to Monument Arena, SDSMT, and all of down town.

This home, built in the early 1900's is on Deadwood's Historical Registery, and is located on famous Main Street just a couple blocks from the action. You'll love coming back to this cozy space with all the comforts of home, after enjoying all Deadwood and the Black Hills has to offer!
