Welcome to our beautiful retreat in the heart of Rural Sussex. This lovely self contained and fully equipped annexe is part of an 18th century barn conversion. Tucked away at the end of a private lane in the hamlet of Small Dole with uninterrupted views across the South Downs National Park, it's a perfect base for exploring the area. We're 30 minutes from Gatwick (parking and transport can be arranged) and Brighton, historic Arundel and glorious Goodwood are all within easy driving distance.

Orchard Annexe has its own entrance, with small Summer house & patio area. The annexe has WIFI, tea/coffee, fully equipped kitchen, TV. Upstairs bedroom & Whirlpool bath. Air Cooling system. Double sofa bed in the lounge. Downstairs toilet. Parking on drive. Barnham station 5 mins drive. Pub & fast food restaurant 5 mins walk. Beach 15 min drive. Ideally located for fontwell racing & Goodwood. Arundel & Chichester 10 min drive, local walks & cycle routes on doorstep. Easy access to A27.

Large guest house

The spacious annex has a separate guest entrance and off-street parking. Guests can use the private patio and there are facilities for breakfast of toast & cereal (included). Located down a private drive in the heart of Liphook within walking distance of many local amenities (3 pubs, supermarket, cinema, take aways). The train station is only a 7 minute walk away and a 2 minute walk from a bus stop. We are on the edge of the South Downs National Park with some stunning walks from the house.

Countryside retreat with Jacuzzi & Balcony

Set in the heart of the Weald countryside, this beautifully designed two-level luxury suite offers a peaceful escape for couples. Within a family home but with your own private entrance and staircase (no shared areas). The suite features a spacious bedroom with elegant four-poster bed, seating area and TV, a luxury en-suite with sunken two-person jacuzzi bath, and a private balcony overlooking rural views. Perfect for a relaxing retreat. No kitchen or cooking facilities - 2 great local pubs.

South Downs Way Loft ( Tinpots)

The Loft We’re situated a stones throw from the South Downs Way, approximately half way between Winchester & Eastbourne. Ideal for those who are walking/cycling the SDW. The loft is a bright & comfortable studio. Ideally for 2 adults, but a 3rd adult/child can be catered for, a Z bed is available on request. There is a king bed, kitchenette, shower room, 2 comfy chairs & tv. Patio doors to a deck, BBQ, with stunning views onto the surrounding fields. Here you can see the free range pigs.

The Annex at Westerlands Farm (Sleeps 6)

This self-contained, private annex has a separate entrance and is attached to our family home. It is situated in the heart of the South Downs National Park and is to be found at the end of a one mile drive in Westerlands. Surrounded by trees and paddocks, The Annex is peaceful, and a perfect holiday location for families and friends. Dog friendly. PERFECT FOR STARGAZING, RUNNING, HIKING, HORSE RIDING, and CYCLING. Also available on site: Massage, Yoga, Reiki, Reflexology, and Horsebox Café

A self-contained, cosy loft studio with everything you need for a relaxed stay and stunning views to the South Downs. Fast Satellite Wifi, parking, deck area plus garden space with seating. Shower room, kitchen area with microwave, coffee machine, fridge, air fryer, bike store. Beautiful scenic walks, cycle routes. Near to Liphook, Haslemere, Milland, Goodwood, Midhurst, Cowdray, West Wittering beach. Rural yet 3 mins by car from station, shops and a great pub. It’s a lovely place.

Quiet Hove Studio | Private Entry & Parking Space

Private entrance for total independence and privacy. Free on-site parking — rare in Brighton & Hove. Just 3 mins to Portslade Station for easy Brighton, Gatwick & London access. Main bus route and a beach cycle path is close by to Brighton centre, 5 mins to the seafront. Close to the South Downs. Quiet residential setting ideal for visiting family, mature couples, small families and solo travellers with ensuite bathroom, kitchenette and outdoor space for bike/paddleboard storage.

The Roost, self contained annex in Lodsworth

The self contained annexe is located in the charming village of Lodsworth, close to the towns of Midhurst & Petworth (with plentiful antique shops). Very convenient for Cowdray Polo, Chichester & Goodwood festivals. The sandy beaches of The Witterings are only a 40 mins drive away. The village has a lovely pub & shop stocking local produce. The Roost is ideal for couples and solo adventurers. Unfortunately we are unable to accommodate pets or infants. NO CLEANING FEE ADDED!

Enjoy your stay at this charming, quiet West Sussex village in the South Downs National Park, perfect for walking and cycling. It's close to Goodwood, Bosham, Emsworth, West Wittering Beach and Chichester City and Marina. Chichester Festival Theatre; 4 miles away Stansted House; 5 miles away There is a pub 3 minutes walk away and 2 other pubs very close by. There is also a vineyard 10 mins walk away (West Ashling Estate), offering wine tours and a restaurant and bar

The Bothy at Days

One bedroom self-catering holiday accommodation, in a converted stables within the flint-walled courtyard of a charming Grade II listed 18th century farmhouse on the edge of the South Downs National Park. Across the road from Fontwell Park Racecourse and close to Goodwood. Within close walking distance of a Mini Waitrose and a pub with excellent food by the Fontwell Roundabout. 3 miles from Barnham station with taxis and frequent trains to Gatwick and London.
