Centrally located in Sarasota. About 6 miles from Siesta Key Beach and the downtown area, 10 minutes away from I-75, and about 15-20 minutes away from the airport and University Parkway. This unit is attached to the main house with a private entrance. A designated concrete parking space is located in the front yard. The neighborhood is family friendly and very safe. All the basics are supplied to make your stay more comfortable and your trips to the beach more fun! The backyard is private, secluded, and includes a hot tub, lounge area, a heated and private outdoor shower, fire-pit table, and grill.
