'Partridge' @ Pear Tree Barns Luxury Apartments

We welcome you to stay in 'Partridge', one of our deluxe, well appointed, self contained apartments built within a beautiful historic agricultural barn believed to date back to the 16th Century. Newly converted in 2023 & purpose designed with a beautiful fitted kitchen & modern bathroom. Situated in the rural village of Rangeworthy, we are also lucky to be next door to a lovely traditional pub. Perfect for couples wanting a romantic getaway, visiting family in the area or as a base to work from.

A private, cosy pod nestled right on the edge of the cotswold way, perfectly situated for taking long walks and having dinner at an abundance of welcoming country pubs, before returning to relax in the hot tub to star gaze with a bottle of bubbly. The pod is an idyllic bolthole to escape the rat race, cosy up and read a book with a fresh coffee, cook sausages and toast Marshmallows on the fire in our undercover seating area or go and explore historic neighbouring villages and the city of Bath.

Badminton Farm - Traditional Cotswold Farmhouse

Enjoy a relaxing stay in a quiet setting on a Cotswold farm. Newly renovated, with modern shower room and fully equipped kitchen. Two spacious double bedrooms one holding a super kingsize bed and the other a double bed. Located in the pretty village of Badminton, famous for it's horse trials which take in the grounds of Badminton House early May. It is an ideal base to explore the Cotswolds, Bath and Bristol and with easy access to the M4/M5 day trips to anywhere in the South West is possible.

Willow View character cottage in conservation area

Willow View - A period cottage in a lovely conservation area village just north of Bristol. This newly refurbished annexe is perfect for those visiting "The Wave", wanting to cycle on the numerous quiet country roads or simply walk to one of the many excellent village pubs that can be accessed via great countryside walks. 2 minute drive from Old Down Country park, 30 minute drive to Bristol city centre and Forest of Dean. Nearest pub is just across the road plus others within a short walk.

Beautiful Cider House Village Getaway Sleeps 4

The Cider House is a spacious and comfortable home opposite the Village Green in Cromhall, near to Wotton-under-Edge on the southern fringe of the Cotswolds in Gloucestershire. The village is conveniently located for the M5, with J14 approx. 10 mins by car, and the A38 a similar distance. Easy access to local market towns of Thornbury and Wotton-under-Edge, as well as to Bristol and Bath. The barn is next door to our home but entirely self-contained and private with parking for two cars.

The Annexe, Champion House, Moorend Farm, BS16 1SP

A fantastic location. An historic house with a wealth of associations. Dating from c. 1640, the house was modernised in 1676 and then again in 1723. We have been here since 1999. A great stepping off point, whether you are going to London, The Cotswolds, Bristol, Bath, Cheltenham etc. We are very near to the Motorway network, 2 Railway Stations (Bristol Temple Meads or Bristol Parkway), Bristol Airport, Coach station in Bristol. Locally there are quality Pubs, Indian and Chinese eateries.

New Barn, Dyrham, Near Bath.

New Barn is located in the yard of our family farm, we are conveniently located between Bath and Bristol, 5 minutes from the M4, junction 18. Work space with WiFi. We are in a very handy location for those of you visiting the Badminton horse trials. Renovations have been carried out with love and care by master builders, it has all of the modern comforts you would expect from a hotel suite but retains the rustic charm of a Cotswold Stone barn with vaulted ceilings and exposed oak beams.

Beautiful upside down cottage in rural location

Light and airy, The Cottage is a converted haybarn built into the gentle slope of the hill. Downstairs there is a sunny double bedroom and a shower room, upstairs a double height open plan living area with fully equipped kitchen, dining table, sitting/tv area with far ranging views across open fields and a stable door opening out onto the back garden with outside sitting/eating area and mature apple trees. A bridlepath runs outside the window where horses and dogs roam.

The Garden Room

Surrounded by beautiful countryside the Garden Room was converted in 2017 into a cosy, away from it all, self-contained annex. We live next to the property separated by a patio. There is an undercover seating area with a small garden in front. There are three public footpaths crossing the property which enables you to reach the banks of the River Severn without using the road and is also situated on the Gloucester to Bristol National Cycle Route number 41.

Fort View - 2 bed on edge of Cotswolds near Bath

Woodcock Farm has 36 acres set on the Cotswold Way. Within the farmland is an Iron Age hill fort that was subsequently occupied by the Romans and Anglo Saxons; so history is literally on the doorstep! Nearby is Bath, Bristol, Tetbury, Westonbirt, Chipping Sodbury & Cirencester. Located just 5 mins from J18 of M4, we are set in quiet, rolling countryside. A recent refurbishment means you can now enjoy luxury accommodation with every home comfort.

Gilliflower self-contained - great location

Gilliflower is one of 3 stables, on our Grade 2 listed farm. It is situated on a quiet, secluded yard next to Elstar and Russet, with off street gated parking. The yard overlooks our fields where our Llamas, Alpacas and horses live. Perfectly located for Yate, Badminton, Bristol, walks in the Cotswolds and their beautiful villages and slightly further afield Bath, Cheltenham.
