The cottage has 2 acres of land surrounding it for relaxation, wildlife watching, games and sports, stargazing or simply relaxing. There is car parking for several cars. The cottage has a large dining kitchen, utility room, cosy sitting room with wood burner and 3 bedrooms sleeping up to 8 people. There is 1 bathroom with large shower. Outside you will find ample seating and large BBQ.

This romantic , peaceful retreat is its own private space, with entrance and courtyard. It is stylish, cosy and comfortable This period property has beautiful views over the large garden which often displays a beautiful sun set .You may well be treated to the church bells or deer, green woodpeckers and rabbits in the garden . It is very popular for that special occasion celebration or a quiet escape, away from it all. Historic Lincoln is only a short drive away and there is also a village pub

Our cosy little house is in the centre of the village of Messingham. There’s lots of pubs and eateries within walking distance. We have an Indian, Thai, Italian & dog friendly pubs with live music, hairdressers, beauty salons, a bakery & food shops. A short drive away there’s a Nature reserve, play barn, golf, tennis, fishing & a little zoo as well as Blyton ice cream & racetrack. A little stream with ducks is in the next village. We welcome families, couples, business people & contractor’s.

Situated close to the M180 this is an ideal spot for those visiting the area or working in Scunthorpe, Brigg, Barton and Elsham for both short and long term stays. Sleeping 2, this rural getaway is perfect for those wanting to retreat from the hustle and bustle of day to day life. Relax in the hot tub and soak up the sweeping views! Woldview retreat is on the edge of the small village of Spridlington, and has open plan living, dining and sleeping, with bifold doors opening out on to a balcony showcasing the scenic views of rural Lincolnshire. These can also be enjoyed from the hot tub. Maximum 2 Adults. No infants or children. No pets.

New for 2021 we have our converted shipping container lodge. Perfect for this years holiday as it is completely self contained in the middle of fields. This is a 4 person lodge, (suitable for 2 adults and small 2 children as the sofa bed is small double bed) benefiting from its own open plan kitchen/dining area, bathroom and double bedroom. Also own hot tub. Please note the garden of the lodge backs straight onto horses fields which there may be horses in during your stay
