Manor House Cottage is located in the small hamlet of Holme-On-Swale 7 miles from the market town of Thirsk which is known for its connection to James Herriott and within easy reach of North Yorkshires National Parks. Set within the grounds of the Manor House, It is a quirky upside down cottage with a well appointed modern kitchen, two bedrooms and bathroom on the ground floor with sitting room upstairs, private garden with table and chairs. There are no other holiday cottages in the grounds.

Welcome to Treblenick House, a 1930s house which still has many of its original features with a large private garden and parking for two cars. Treblenick House is ideally situated close to York Road, Sutton Bank and less than a ten minute walk into the picturesque Market Place, where there are cafes, bars and restaurants and plenty of independent shops, the Ritz cinema and of course the famous Herriot Centre and Thirsk Racecourse. There are also some lovely walks in and around Thirsk.

The Nook is a converted garage unit which is detached from our house with private entrance, outdoor seating area and key safe for entry. Accommodation comprises of living room/kitchenette, bedroom and wet room. Selection of breakfast cereals, tea, coffee, sugar and milk are provided to make your stay as comfortable as possible. A T.V/D.V.D player are for your use, as is a microwave and induction hob for light cooking. Comfortable seating and a small dining area complete the main room.

A single space created from a converted out-building there's a sleeping area, a lounging area and a kitchenette, along with a shower room. The cottage has its own, enclosed garden, fast broadband and smart TVs. The outside is rural, set in approximately 0.75 grassed hectares (2 acres), with alpacas and a variety of trees running to the bank of a small river (the Beck).
