Private beach connects to Scarborough State Beach. There are 3 king bedrooms and a separate kids room. This is a 1,400 sq ft private in-law apartment with your own locked entrance completely separate from the house. The 1st floor has two bedrooms with new queen beds and a full bath. The 2nd floor has a full kitchen, pull out couch, full bath and room for an inflatable bed. Child and dog friendly with pack n play and water bowls on hand. Fantastic 1 Bedroom Apartment right smack in the middle of downtown Providence. The neighborhood is jammed with wonderful little restaurants, bars and shopping. The Dunkin Donuts Center, Trinity Playhouse, PPAC, The Vets, Federal Hill, Providence Place Mall, Johnson & Wales, Brown & RISD are all a short walk from here. We are located two floors above a couple nightclubs. We don't hear the clubs themselves but on the weekends you can hear the people outside.

My Grandfather was a Ham Radio operator ( the antenna is still in the back yard). He converted the back porch into an office; now it is a small one room efficiency with a private bathroom. The room is approximately 14.5' x 10' with 7' ceiling(4.4×3×2.1m). The bath is a 5.5' x 5.5' with 6.5' ceiling (1.7×1.7×2m).
