As the guest house on our property of 5 acres, the cabin is privately located bordering vast public lands. Wander the property, hike the canyon trail, visit our four cheeky mini donkeys, & enjoy the wood-fired hot tub (or use it with fresh cold water!). Perfectly suited for two w/ lots of space to explore!

Hello and welcome to Bluebird Cottage. We are located 1 mile up a dirt road in the Isabella Highlands overlooking Lake Isabella. Our road is bumpy in and steep in areas, but we have never had a guest not make it up here. We are approximately a 3 hour Drive to Sequoia National Park. We are a 2 hour drive from Death Valley National Park. We are a 4 hour drive from Yosemite. We are 3 hr drive from Los Angeles. Bluebird Cottage is a cozy tiny home with a private outdoor space. We are a 10 minute drive to local hot spots, & less than 15 minutes to downtown Joshua Tree. The cabin sits on 5 acres with 360 pano views, dark stargazing skies, breathtaking sunrises + sunsets, and endless desert beauty. This cabin was reimagined for those looking to reset and reconnect to their wildish nature.

PRIVATE cabin on 5 acres surrounded by the wide-open desert sights and sounds. Star shows from the hot tub, morning coffee & sunrises on the sunrise patio. The sunset patio is fenced for hot tub privacy (birthday suit level) and your dog. The cabin is set in a very sought-after location. It is close but far enough away for peace, privacy, and dark, starry nights. The village is only 8-10 minutes away, and Joshua Tree National Park's west gate entrance is only 15 minutes from the cabin.
