The Pinta, fabulous house on the sea Vernazza

The Pinta is a historical house very close to the main street and is situated in a quiet and reserved area. The house is considered one of the most beautiful in the area, it has been finely restructured with a thought towards the landscape. It has been improved with classy furniture and has every comfort. On the lower floor there is a double bedroom equipped with a large wardrobe and a large window that has a view on the sea. This room has a seventies style bathroom. Through the large anteroom, that can host other 2 couples, you enter on the terrace that has a beautifull view on the sea of Vernazza. On the upper floor there is a big livingroom, with an incredibile stone wall that has 3 large windows that face towards the sea. In the room there is a stone fireplace that enriches the place. The livingroom has a sofabed for two, a second white sofa for 4 people, a table and six chairs. This room is directly connected with an equipped kitchen that has a view on the village. On the same floor there is a second bathroom. The furniture is very elegant and in the classical naval style, oak beamed ceilings, the floor is in an original cotto style. The Palazzo is very bright and has a great view on the sea is 130 sqm, has two bathrooms with shower, sink and wc. On the lower floor the bathroom has a bidet. The house is 300 m of distance from the station and 2 minutes from the sea. The Pinta is a nonconventional house in a strategic point ideal to merge in the beauty of the national park of the cinque terre. Far from the classical turistic homes and great for people who want to live a unique and unforgettable experience.

In the beautiful hilltop village of Goult, discover La Maison du Rocher, a fully private home crafted by an antique dealer and architect. An intimate, artistic and romantic space, with a few stairs that belong to its historic charm. During your stay, you will have access to the owner’s lush garden and pool, shared with five other calm and respectful homes. The house is not accessible by car. You can park in the free public car park on the village square or just around it, a one-minute walk away.

Notre troglodyte est situé en bordure de Loches, avec une superbe vue sur le château, une terrasse privative et un barbecue. Cet habitat insolite, plein de charme peut accueillir un couple et éventuellement deux enfants. Très proche du centre ville (10 mn à pied), vous garerez votre voiture sur le petit parking privatif et visiterez Loches qui a obtenu par le guide vert en 2026 , 3 étoiles. Vous pourrez aussi découvrir de magnifiques sites : Amboise, Chenonceaux, le zoo de Beauval, Montrésor…

Maison en pierre atypique, cases africaines

Nous proposons cette maison en pierre de 65m2 du 18ème siècle située au cœur du vieux hameau de Frangouille et dont l'extérieur est décoré de sculptures. Le hameau, adossé aux bois et aux monts d'Orb est situé dans la haute vallée de l'Orb. La maison empreinte de souvenirs de voyages est située dans un quartier très calme. Vous pourrez profiter de sa terrasse couverte, orientée plein sud, du jardin et nous mettons à disposition les cases africaines (annexe de 30m²) située dans le jardin.

Si vous souhaitez vous ressourcer, c'est l'endroit idéal! Situé 5 min de St Eloy Les Mines et des Gorges de la Sioule. La pêche est autorisée (le matériel n'est pas fourni), selon le principe de pêche no kill. Merci.
