Our home is designed for Bed and Breakfast accommodation. All bedrooms have queen sized beds, ensuite,TV., Bar Fridge, Tea and Coffee making facilities. Our two upstairs rooms ( Bedrooms 2 & 3) have private decks offering views of the Bay and Toll Gate Islands. Our ground floor bedroom (1 ) provides access to our ( shared) large rear deck. Off road parking for 3 vehicles is available. Located in a quiet street, we are an easy 10 min stroll to the centre of town for shopping, restaurants etc.

Red Oak Cottage (circa 1930’s), is newly refurbished, offering old style charm and comfort. The main guest suite is in a separate wing of the house which is completely private. The second bedroom is available upon request (as an additional cost) accessed via the Guest Courtyard. We occupy a separate space on the premises with our own entrance. We do not share any guest spaces. We provide continental breakfast. Please note there is no kitchen. We welcome babies/infants

Two Camel B&B 688 Little River Rd, Tumut

Yes we have a camel ( but only one now 😞 ) My B&B is in the beautiful Goobarragandra Valley 12 kilometres from Tumut. I am ideally located at the northern end of the Snowy Mountains to explore and enjoy all the region has to offer. Our immediate surrounds offer fantastic views, great bird watching and fishing. We are able to accommodate 2 adults and a small child under 2 years of age only. If your child is older then 2 please contact us first as we have a portacot only.

Private bedrooms in the guest wing of our home, for up to 3 couples travelling together. 2 queen beds and 1 double. 1 main bathroom and separate powder room. Also a wet bar with a dishwasher, full sized fridge, microwave and Nespresso coffee machine. A continental breakfast is included. Bundanoon has a nice selection of coffee shops, cafes and restaurants.
