Secluded Stone Cabin w/ Wood-Fired Hot Tub

Peaceful retreat to unplug and unwind. This off‑the‑grid experience has no electricity or flushing toilets, we do provide the essentials: running hot water, an outhouse, and propane lighting. Stay includes access to a handcrafted, wood‑fired hot. (Tub is still under construction. Landscaping and some final details are not finished.) Four-wheel-drive, or high-profile two-wheel drive vehicles are needed to get to the cabin. We must greet guests at arrival to show you how to use the propane lights.

The Sherlock Home is an immersive overnight experience. Please note- due to its unique escape-like intricate game there is an extra guest fee of $40 per guest over the initial two guests. Our two-person soaking tub on a magnificent deck, huge firepit, gorgeous vintage interior, grand piano, and warm pine ceiling and floors, give you the perfect place to get away from city life for a bit. Full kitchen. Two bedrooms plus a big couch that could sleep someone else in a pinch, and a cozy little fireplace top it all off! Just steps to the Appalachian Trail.

The Nut House on Table Rock Emerald Beach Lakeview

The Nut House sits on a 200 foot bluff overlooking Table Rock Lake. We are part of the Emerald Beach community which is mostly retirees. The best part of this 3 BR 2 BA home is the 900+ SF deck. There is a charcoal BBQ grill, dining tables/chairs, and comfy lounge chairs on the deck for summer; for winter, an easy-to-light fire pit (wood included). Lake access/boat ramp is 1/4 mile down this street. Feel free to swim there. You may see deer, fox, and bald eagles in the area.

There is just something special about an A-Frame and we are delighted to share ours with you! Come calm your soul in the peace and comfort of a home away from home nestled in the Flint Hills of Kansas. Located on the east side of Tuttle Creek Lake and next to Carnahan Creek Recreation Area. An awesome get away for families, friends and couples. Manhattan is a 20 min drive for city fun. We can accommodate up to 8 people upon request for an additional $20.00 per head per night.
