Just a short distance to the beautiful sandy beaches, restaurants, cinema and world famous Royal Lytham St Annes golf course. Sleeping up to three, plus a baby in the travel cot, the accommodation comprises of a Lounge, separate dining room (with sofa bed for additional guest), kitchen and utility room and a double bedroom. The spacious bedroom has a double bed and a Smart TV (you will have access to Sky, Netflix, Apple+, Paramount) the bathroom has a walk-in shower. The separate living area has a dining table, sofa and small fridge. Tea and coffee making facilities, cutlery and crockery (for takeaways etc.) are provided. Parking is at the front or side of the house. There is access to strong WiFI . Pets are welcome.
