Втората спалня е самостоятелна и в дневната може да спят две деца. Има обособен работен кът. Апартамента има пералня, сушилня, голям хладилник, печка, съдомиялна, кафемашина, кана за вода, телевизор, интернет. С гледка към морето. На 15 Мин пеш се ходи до Стария Град за толкова и до Слънчев бряг може и с влакче. Има климатици в всички стаи.

The recently renovated ZorKo apartment has a unique location in between the bustling Sozopol life and its more remote beaches. The place is ideal for guests who like the benefits of being close to town and, at the same time, would like to enjoy the relative peace and quiet of a more tranquil area. Bamboo Beach and Paradise Bay are both 5 min walk away. Walking 10-15 min will take you to Kavatsite Beach in one direction and to the beginning of "the happy street" and Harmanite Beach in the other.

The apartment has 2 bedrooms, living room with a sleeping sofa for children, dinning area and fully equipped kitchen with oven, stove, microwave, toaster, kettle, automatic coffee maker. Two big balconies with a sea view to use for pictures. One balcony has 2 art rattan swings. Unlimited internet access, 2 TVs, iron, hair-dryer, towels.

Guests can enjoy the beach, swimming pools, kids’ areas, restaurants, supermarkets, electric shuttle transport within the complex, and many more amenities. Open year-round. Seasonal facilities (incl. heated jacuzzi) gradually open from 1 May (weather-dependent), fully operational 1 June – 1 October. Parking free until 30 May; from 1 June spaces can be rented through us or the complex.

Convenient, Central Seaside Location!

Cozy, family-oriented place, mainly used from my friends. Whenever it's available, I let this, very personal, project to my future friends. I have made this place for my comfort. It's all natural, with environmentally-friendly materials and a 'safe guard' electricity auto protection. It is the only apartment on the 4th floor, no elevator! In winter you can seen Black Sea through the Sea Garden from the window. 5 min walk to the beach and so to the main street.
