Private self contained cosy guest room nr City

Recently built guest room as part of a family home. We've called it The Annexe as it's totally self contained with private self access & Ring doorbell allowing takeway deliveries to come direct to you. The room is cosy & very comfortable for a special night away or weekend. We're centrally located within 15 mins walk of the city centre. Within the room you have a fridge freezer, microwave & kettle with tea / coffee and snacks. Fresh linen, towels included. En suite bathroom & electric shower.

My place sits in great proximity to the public transport (5 min to the Longbridge train station and 2-3 min to bus stops) and to the Longbridge shopping centre with big Sainsbury's, M&S, Boots, Poundland, pubs, etc. You get the room with a double bed, access to the kitchen, shower room with a toilet in and 3 gardens around the house. In the kitchen use the fridge, microwave, washing machine (once a week if your stay lasts 7days or more), kettle. You get keys for the front door and your room.

Quiet, light & airy En-suite Self-Catering Studio

On the top floor of our lovely Edwardian home in a quiet conservation area in Moseley, Birmingham, this beautiful double-aspect studio room (18m2) has been refurbished to a high standard and is private and comfortable. It has a king-size double bed and an extra mattress on request. You'll have a great ensuite, a kitchenette, a TV and fast Wi-fi. Central Moseley and an M&S Foodhall are nearby. There is ample free on-street parking. You can charge your EV by appointment for an extra charge.

Cosy Bedroom with Private Bathroom & Breakfast

A cosy bedroom on the first floor of our home with a private bathroom (not en suite), with shower and access to our kitchen, self-serve breakfast included. Short walk to railway and bus stations giving great access to the City Centre (10 minutes by train). Lidl 2 mins walk. 16min drive to Birmingham Airport. Short walk to Acocks Green Village Centre with a wide range of shops and restaurants. Please note we have a toddler born in April 2022 so cannot guarantee a completely quiet night!

As a host, I'm easy-going and love welcoming people into my home. Kings Heath is a great neighbourhood, offering great parks, a bustling high street and easy access to Birmingham city centre. It's easy to get to by car and public transport. My spare room is upstairs, and right next to the shared bathroom. You are also welcome to use the kitchen, living room, garden and piano during your stay. If there's anything you need, just ask and I'll do my best to help.
