Cosy studio on traditional Durham street

Just over 5 minutes walk from the train station and within easy reach to all of Durham City, this studio offers guests a flexible space while visiting the area. The studio flat is located on the lower ground floor of our home, accessible via external steps. This private space has it's own entrance/exit, bathroom, kitchenette, lounge space and double bed. Pay and display parking available on North Road for guests travelling by car. Travel cot available for couples travelling with an infant.

A charming, and beautiful cottage set within a courtyard in an idyllic ten acre woodland location. The cottage is every inch the beautiful setting for a romantic break away. The outside area of the cottage includes a raised platform & fire pit for your own use. Whilst it appears to be set in a remote rural location, it is in fact incredibly well-situated to be able to visit local attractions whilst being easily accessible from the main road: A1M . “A hidden gem definitely worth staying here!”

Delightful, trendy, modern cottage in a pretty village near to Durham and in close proximity to countless local attractions. 1 double bedroom and 1 single bedroom on the first floor and an attic bedroom with a double sofa bed but restricted height on the 2nd floor. Private garden with off street parking, and ample on street parking. The village has a boutique hotel with a quality restaurant and beauty salon, a traditional pub and a club. I live 3 miles away and will be accessible by phone.

Plum Tree Lodge Set in 2 acres of Private Land

Plum Tree, named after plumb tree in the garden. Bedroom 1 - 1 double bedroom, bedroom 2 - 2 single beds and another double bed folds out in the living area. There is a travel cot and a small bed for a small children up to 4 years old. The lodge can accommodate 6 adults plus 2 small children. Ideal getaway with private garden which is child and pet friendly. Private entrance. Only 35 mins from Newcastle, 20 minutes Durham, 15 minutes to Darlington and 7 minutes to Bishop Auckland.

Jessie's Hut

Our first hut (Ben's hut) was so successful, we've built another one !! Set on a working sheep farm, Jessie’s Hut has a double bed with the option of a single bunk above, giving a 2+1 format. There's a shower room and a small kitchen area with a fridge, microwave, kettle and toaster. Wool-based insulation and central heating keep the hut cosy warm all year. Things to see include:- Beamish Museum (a must see!!), The Roman Wall, Durham, Kilhope Lead mining Museum and The Metro Centre.

Comfortable studio apartment for two. In great location a pleasant 10 minute walk, via the riverside from the historic city centre, with its many attractions and numerous options for shopping and entertainment. Could accommodate baby if necessary and I will provide travel cot and high chair if required at no extra cost. However, guests must provide own bedding and other requirements for baby feeding etc.

The barn is a separate property to the main house with shared garden to the main home. There is a double bedroom, shower and toilet Room and lounge containing kitchen.
