Or you can just stay in the house and relax with the tranquility or the sauna. Or visit the historical Fredericksburg downtown or George Washington boyhood home.

This property is a downstairs walkout that is attached to the main house; but you will have your own entrance and private experience.

Farm house on working horse farm. Originally built circa 1850, the house was most recently renovated in 2023. The farm is home to around 20 horses and two tractors. The family that runs the farm has been here since 1980.
