This beautiful detached property is located on a 1.2 acre gated residential plot in the stunning village of Brixton Devon, which is very tranquil. It is situated 4.5 miles from Plymouth and is within 3 miles of multiple stunning beaches and coastal paths. There is space available for 2 cars to park safely on the private gated drive.
