The Marion is in a quiet residential area. A newer elementary school is behind the home. The 253 sq ft guest house has a desk/chair, TV, queen sofa bed w/ 2 ottomans, twin bed, bathroom, kitchenette & closet. At the end of the driveway, parking is directly outside the door of The Marion - to the right side of the red bud tree. The Marion will be directly to your left. Additional outside areas include the round paver patio & the oak tree covered front yard is a shared space with The Grand Marion.

Near town and close to all the necessary amenities, you'll still feel tucked away and in your own little retreat spot. Full private bathroom with sink, toilet and shower.* Queen-size cabinet bed with comfortable memory foam mattress, bamboo cover, quality linens. *Though bathroom ceiling height is 7’6” at highest level, please note that angled ceilings in shower may provide less-than-ideal head space for guests on the tall side. Shower head is removable/hand-held for added convenience.

The cottage is a 10-minute drive to downtown, a 15-minute drive to U of O and a 10-20-minute drive to several hiking trails.

Supermarket, restaurants & easy access to I-5 all very close by. Spanish, French & English are spoken. All are welcome here!

A private full bathroom—separate from the studio—is accessible by a 40-foot lighted and partially covered walk to the garage. Enjoy the quiet back yard, patio, and garden. Restaurants, shopping, and parks are within a short walk. We welcome up to two well-behaved guest dogs with responsible owners.

Come stay at River Bend Studio, a charming, private guesthouse in N. Springfield. The Studio is equipped with a Serta queen bed, bathroom, and kitchenette that has a sink, dishware, refrigerator, microwave, toaster, and coffeemaker. We also have WiFi and streaming TV.
