The property is a short walk/bike-ride from the bike path, and iconic downtown Harbor Springs, the Lyric theatre, a dog beach, a bathing beach and so much more. Lake Huron City Beach, restaurants and many gift shops within walking distance. Stackable washer and dryer available for guest use in apartment. WiFi, heat, and air conditioning available as well. We are walking distance to the boat docks with a view of the harbor. We have a beautiful 4 season room at the front of the house. We are within walking distance to the Driftwood restaurant, Molly Moo’s ice cream, and the downtown area. We share a parking lot, so we are close by if needed. This is the first floor of a two story building with renters in the upstairs. There is a dog on Property. The washer and dryer are located in the basement and free to use.

Now there are two separate and private vacation rentals enjoying the same excellent location. It is also an opportunity for families or friends to book both of our apartments to extend their getaway into one large private area. These are the only two vacation rentals on our property.
