Owls Loft is a self contained cottage with a private outdoor seating area and garden. In a tranquil, rural setting, with views of the Cheshire Plain, this is a great place to recharge your batteries. It is well located to visit the Peak District, or get the train into Manchester from Macclesfield or Congleton. There are a number of National Trust properties within easy reach , as well as Alton Towers, Chatsworth House, the antique shops of Leek and the pottery towns of Stoke on Trent.

Shepherds Hut on our farm, close to Alton Towers

The Shepherds Hut is nestled in our walled garden. It has all you need for a relaxing break including lovely views, wood burning stove, bathroom, mini kitchen and a comfy bed area. The clever design allows both a dining table with chairs or comfy seating to relax by the wood burner. Our biofuel hot tub can be hired for your stay. Meet our animals whilst wandering our fields or walk from the property in to Dimmingsdale & Alton village. We’re a 5 minute drive to Alton Towers.

Tucked away in the unspoilt village of Butterton it’s surrounded by beautiful walking & cycling routes, including Thors Cave. Situated 1000 Ft above sea level come and enjoy panoramic views of the surrounding hills and sheep. Overlooking the famous Thor’s Cave, there is an abundance of beautiful walks from the property. Great local pub in Butterton. Chatsworth and Haddon Hall only a short hop in the car. Grindon is the perfect get away for those craving peace and tranquility.

“The Goods Van” at Stoop Farm

Relax in total comfort, in our converted 1950s railway goods van. Once common place on farms around the Peak District this little gem is far removed from the animal shelter it once was! Fitted out to the highest quality, featuring a king sized bed, comfy sofa, kitchen, log burner and smart TV, etc. Something quite special, situated in its own secluded area, a few steps away from the magnificent views of Chrome hill and the Dove valley beyond.

The property is ideal for family and friends to relax and enjoy the Pool and Sauna and then finish off cocktails at the bar and then snuggle up and watch a movie. The Property is within easy access of the M6 and a short into Stone Town Centre which has lovely bars and restaurants. Moodershall Oaks Spa is close by to book a relaxing massage.
