Updated cozy Pinconning getaway, ideally located near Saginaw Bay, Saganing Eagles Landing Casino (8 miles away), and local favorites like Bittersweet Quilt Shop, Northwoods Wholesale Outlet, and the town’s iconic cheese shops just blocks from the home. With two comfortable bedrooms, full kitchen and a large welcoming den. It’s a perfect spot for work, golfing, birding or visiting Saginaw Bay. It's great place to stay if you book a fishing charter. Launch your boat, jet ski or snowmobile at the nearby launch site minutes up the road and dock your boat directly in front of the cottage where you can enjoy fishing for perch, bass, walleye and more in beautiful Saginaw Bay. Perfect for nature enthusiasts with walking paths and beaches close by. A short drive to Tawas offers unique shops, restaurants, lakefront parks, breweries and Tawas State Park.

Finished garage/game room, gazebo, fire pit and gas log fireplace. Close to 5 area wedding venues! Easy access off M-61 on a paved road. Currently we enjoy the natural flow of the Tittabawassee River but please note that there no good access point to get on/in the water. Restoration of the dam creating the lake is estimated to be complete in 2026.

Even though the property is only a few minutes off I-75, you'll feel like you're in another world. Only 15 minutes from Saginaw Bay.

Property offers pond, wandering creek, board walk to river, 425 feet of river front, meadow to watch deer and turkeys from the front covered porch. Come relax with family and friends and enjoy your own private northern Michigan get-away. Other activities in the area include canoeing the Rifle River which is one of the best canoeing rivers in northern Michigan.

This cozy 2 bedroom 1 bath home is also 1 mile East of the Saganing Casino and offers a great year round location to suit all your desires: fishing, hunting, boating, swimming, golf, tubing on the Rifle River, and gambling.

First-floor layout: This cabin has at least one bedroom and one bathroom on the first floor. Entry steps and accessibility features vary by property. Two-bedroom lakefront cabin with 75 feet of private natural shoreline access on Saginaw Bay on Lake Huron. The cabin shoreline is not a groomed sandy swimming beach; Arenac County Park’s sandy beach is less than a mile away.
