Grill out using the gas grill provided. The Tridge and Dow Gardens are 5 miles away. Feel free to soak it all in :)

Welcome to Uncle Dave’s Cabin a cozy 2 bedroom by the Saginaw Bay. This is a smoke free house. Located across the street from Franks Great Outdoors in Linwood. Relax and enjoy the 60 inch flat screen with cable/internet and WiFi. 4 comfy big twin xl beds. Kitchen has everything you need to cook a good meal. Coffee is included. Washer and dryer with laundry detergent is included. A game room out in the barn to play darts or foosball. Card games. Weber grill for cooking outside.

In the morning, sip your coffee while watching the sunrise over the bay, and later jump in and play with water toys kayaks and lilly pad and fishing poles . For those ice fishermen have bay access for sleds. 5 Minutes from Linwood Beach Marina, free fishing and nominal fee to launch boats. Within 20 minutes from Downtown Bay City’s shopping and trendy restaurants..

This adorable two bedroom, one bath, cabin like guesthouse sits behind the owners house with an attached private one car garage. This house features two private entrances! The house is about 1,000 sq feet, and includes a fenced in backdoor so your pets can enjoy the outdoors in a secured space. There is a deck with a small grill to enjoy your outdoor festivities. Back yard also has a fire pit with wood for those crisp nights of relaxation by a fire.
