The Annexe on High Woodside Farm is an ideal location for couples or families who want to visit the North East of England It is a 15 minute drive to Durham and a 30 minute drive to Newcastle and Sunderland a 40 minute drive. The Annexe has an open plan kitchen, diner and lounge on the ground floor with a bathroom, consisting of toilet, sink and shower and 2 bedrooms on the first floor. The building began life as a school house and went on to become a number of businesses, the last of them a pet shop that we now own and run.
