“The” Downtown Apartment

Book your next stay and be in the heart of Norfolk at “The” Downtown Apartment. Located on Norfolk Avenue, you are steps away from locally owned restaurant's, bars, parks and new attractions at the River Point District. At 1900 sq. feet there is plenty of space to accommodate the whole family and keep everyone entertained with a foosball table, darts and arcade games. This apartment is on the second level of a brand new construction building. There is a pull out couch for extra guests.

Germaine

We like to call this cottage Germaine, named after the previous owners wife. We live next door, so if you need anything, were just a knock away! This cottage was a labor of love and is fully renovated. It comes with all new plumbing, electrical, appliances, insulation, HVAC system, tankless water heater, and more. The house was built in 1940 so we modernized the home while staying true to the era. Germaine has one queen bed and a double size pull out couch. Two adults is a comfortable fit.

A cozy walkable downtown apartment that sleeps six. The Byrd Nest shares a building with a dance center and The Coop event space. You can also find Johnnie Byrd Brewing Company next door. Includes indoor fireplace, equipped kitchen with all appliances and conveniences, plus laundry in the basement. The perfect place to get some rest for traveling employees, visiting family, or just because. SPECIAL NOTE: The basement contains an apartment that is rented separately.

My wife and I and the 6 kids self manage the property and look forward to your visit!
