Draper’s Safe and Cozy Blue-Door Cottage

With the Draper Blue-door Cottage, we have tried to create a safe, comfortable and homey environment for your family to enjoy! It includes many amenities including a kitchen with cooking pans, dishes, utensils, basic spices. We also provide a Keurig coffee pot and waffle maker. Bathrooms have a shampoo, conditioner and shower gel caddy. Although I have a no pet rule, I can make exceptions with requests who agree to pay an additional $75 cleaning fee.

It is located less than a mile from Bogus Basin road, and walking distance to trailheads at Hollow Reserve This one bedroom home includes a bathroom with standup shower, queen bed, fully stocked kitchen, large TV, gas fire pit, dining area, and couch with a pullout queen bed. This home is fully equipped for a comfortable stay.

There are 3 horses on property within fenced area. Owners are available anytime and are close by. House is a one bedroom, one bath fully stocked for a comfortable stay, lots of parking.
