La cucina è fornita di piano cottura, frigorifero, pentolame, piatti e posate. Bagno con doccia. Terrazzo coperto con tavolo e poltroncine per pranzare all'aria aperta. Apartments Silver (Gajac). We rent a holiday apartments a bit uphill from apartment complex Gajac in a peaceful surrounding and nature near Zrće beach (20 min walk to the festival area and famous clubs - Papaya, Aquarius, Kalypso & Noa / only few minutes with a car). Beautiful Gajac beach is reached by a shortcut (800m), 10min walk and it will lead you to the nicest part of the beach with a great beach restaurant! Closest city is Novalja (2 km). Welcome to our house in the charming village of Stara Novalja, where we offer 9 cozy apartments for your stay. Each apartment is equipped with air conditioning, cable TV, a hairdryer, and features its own balcony. We're just 15 meters from the beach and a short 100 meters from the city Planjka beach, which offers a range of water sports. Plus, a restaurant is only 5 meters away and the nearest mini market is 1 km away (a larger supermarket is located 2.5 km from our property)

This beautiful estate is not only exceptionally unique, but also has every modern luxury necessary to feel more than comfortable. Situated in the heart of nature, we provide everything you need to enjoy your stay. The Holiday House Lucija is located in the Kvarner Bay above Zavratnica in the Nature Park "Velebit" on the edge of the National Park Northern Velebit. New house built in 2018, 4 km from the sea, with stunning views of the islands of Rab, Pag, Losinj and Cres.

Calm and quite villa with lot of green in big yard and the beach of private characteristics. Only three apartments in this Villa guarantee a pleasant stay without the crowds. The apartments are spacious, with large terraces overlooking the sea and are fully equipped with all furniture, appliances and air conditioning. The beach is accessed by several steps from the yard. It has a sandy part suitable for small children, shade but a concrete pier and access by boat.

The apartment is part of a new built house where only natural materials like old recycled stones and bricks were used which give it a special Mediterranean charme.

Perched on steep rocks, 30m above the sea level, this idyllic studio is a perfect getaway for a much needed vacation. Surrounded by a vegetation reserve of Dubrava-Hanzine, it offers a luxurious experience - the sweeping views of the Pag Bay and the mountain range of Velebit, for one. Beach Rozin Bok 50m from the apartment. Parking, A/C, outside grill, and outside solar shower included. SUP and kayak are available during the stay in the apartment.

Completely new house located just 100m from the sea with heated pool. The house was built in the 2022 and it is located in small and peaceful settlement Potočnica at the most beautiful part of the island Pag. From the house there are some nice views toward the crystal clear sea. Neighborhood is very quiet and surrounded by greenery. House is decorated in minimalist style yet it's modern and equipped with everything you need for pleasant stay.

Unique aptartment directly @ beach

Residence Jakov has apartments literally situated on the beach. They offer quality accommodation; you do not have to get out of the yard to access to the beach and it is really great accomodation and an exclusive position in St.Novalja. This appartment has beautiful view and below is the beach. Now we offer off season prices for September and even more lower for October (those months are very pleasant and peaceful to be in Stara Novalja)

This is a one bedroom apartment that is suitable for up to 4 people or a couple or family with up to three kids. Our little beach is 30 meters away from the apartment, where you have deck chairs and storage for your beach essentials.
