The 75m apartment consists of two bedrooms, a spacious living room with a kitchen and dining room, two bathrooms and a free parking space. If necessary, it is possible to add a baby cot. It is possible to park bicycles in a closed garage that is shared. The apartment is equipped with two air conditioners, as shown in the photos. The kitchen is equipped with all the necessary facilities: coffee machine, kettle, oven, fridge with freezer, dishwasher, dishes, kitchen towels. The apartment has a covered terrace with furniture for sitting and dining and a fenced mini yard with furniture for relaxing.
