Smaller size fridge included. 65" TV, Netflix only. Wifi is included. Sit down shower. Everything is wheel chair accessible. Walls are 11" including 6" concrete for exterior and dividing walls. Very quiet. Mattresses are $2000+ Stearns/Foster queen. The couch folds out into a second bed but isn't very comfortable. Great palce for short term stay.

The cottage is a farmhouse style with white walls, lots of windows and high ceilings allowing for great light. A remote location, quiet and perfect for relaxing. Only a 20 mins drive in from the Tusket exit and 35 minutes to Yarmouth.
