Pleasant ambience of a new building located in the center of Stobreč. The apartment is located on the 3rd floor overlooking the sea and the islands of Brač and Šolta. With its two rooms the apartment can provide comfortable accommodation for families or business people. The apartment is located 200 meters from the beach, restaurants, shops and a bus stop. The house is located in Stobrec,eastern part of Split.The old town and Diocletian's Palace are only 7km away.The accommodation is on 1st and 2nd floor of the house, combined into single apartment. It has a 40 meter squared terrace with sea view. Near the house, you can find beach, bars, restaurants, supermarket, public transportation, park, tennis court, golf court, playground, football field etc. We have free parking for our guests. All rooms are air-conditioned!

The Split city is only 10 minutes drive, or you can take a public transportation,near the apartment. Villa is located in a beautiful part of Split, next to a small town Stobreč, 500 meters from the sandy beach. Villa offers accommodation for 11 persons.Two luxurious, modern and fully furnished apartments are located on the ground floor and on the 2nd floor of the house. We live on the first floor, take care of the maintenance of the house, garden and the pool. Villa is only 5 kilometers away from the old center of Split and Diocletian's palace!
