The lake is home to eagles, herons, geese, ospreys and fish! You will see kayakers out there fishing! Stowe Mt and Smuggler’s Notch are both nearby. Breweries, art galleries, restaurants are close by. You can walk or bike to the 93 mile Lamoille Valley Rail Trail from our home. Our shed is available for storing your bikes, kayaks or skis.

Stowe Stay is located on a quite dirt road in a popular Stowe neighborhood. The property is surrounded by beautiful woods and has a big yard to play or relax in. We are located 3 miles from the historic Village of Stowe and 11 miles to Stowe Mountain Resort. There is so much to do and see just outside our front door; go hiking, biking, shopping, covered bridges, swimming holes, dinning, golfing, waterfalls, tennis, brew tours, skiing, snowboarding and so much more. We can't wait to have you!

Grocery store steps away or take a leisurely stroll down Main St. to all of the best bars, restaurants, shops, and amenities. We provide our guests with space and privacy but we are local and are available. We do not provide concierge services. Many things to do nearby all seasons. Minutes from hiking "The Notch" and the Long Trail. 15-20 minutes to dining in Stowe in the summer and fall seasons. In the winter months you will need to take a 50 min detour around the mountain to Stowe. Enjoy cooking in a warm, well appointed kitchen.

Enjoy the views of mountains, the sounds of the brook and a place to call "home" while you visit Vermont.

Our home sits in the heart of the historic Waterbury village. It is a Victorian, full of historical charm and warm light. There is off-street parking and a side porch in which to enjoy a cup of coffee. It is in easy walking distance to restaurants, bars, small shops, a grocery store, and pharmacy. We live right off of interstate 89, exit 10, the crossroads between Sugarbush Valley, Stowe, Montpelier, and Burlington. Outdoor entertainment is accessible in all these areas.
