This chalet duplex offers the entire top 2 floors for rent, with no shared spaces. The main level has 2 bedrooms and a full bathroom, while the second level has 2 bedrooms and another full bathroom. Also, there is a separate 2-bedroom, 1-bath Airbnb unit on the lower level, but there’s no indoor shared space.

It sits on the bus route for Okemo Mountain, and is walkable to groceries, restaurants and bars. "Eight Oh Brew" tap house is located on the base floor of the building. This location has free onsite parking, free firewood and coin laundry machines.
