The Annexe

The Annexe is a self contained property directly opposite our family home. All fixtures and fittings have been thoughtfully planned to ensure you have a comfortable stay. There is one large double bedroom with a luxurious king size bed, an open plan living area with a smart TV, log burner for cozy nights and electric heating. The bathroom has a large walk in electric shower. The property is suitable for up to two adults (not suitable for children/toddler’s due to the large pond nearby).

Our houseboat is a unique experience Nestled in the heart of the city centre at Liverpool Marina Yacht Club . Excellent public transport options at your doorstep and a wealth of bars, restaurants, shops and attractions nearby. Two really comfortable beds with smart tv's and Netflix in all rooms. Can be met at the boat or self to check in.

There’s incredible museum’s, the Grand National, Cavern Club, the world heritage waterfront and so much more. Across the Mersey you have the beaches of New Brighton only 20 minutes away.

Our approach of using white and wooden tones for the majority of the materials helps the guests to feel the relaxed, neutral, warmth of the interior. White marble tops adorn the spacious kitchen area, whilst different lights differentiate the areas in the apartment.
