Gaze over stunning 180-degree views of islands on Lago Maggiore from the expansive, floor-to-ceiling windows of this lovely, 230-year-old rustic stone villa. Antique furnishings perfectly complement the historic architecture. The house is on 3 floors so a fair bit of walking up and down stairs is required. The main bedroom is on the upper floor and the 2nd bedroom (two single beds) and bathroom on the lowest floor. Ideal for couples and families but not for the elderly or groups of 4 adults.

Relax in beautiful and scenic Italy. Our humble studio apartment offers expansive views of Lago Maggiore and mountains. The area is quiet and peaceful. Private lake access is a 10 minute walk. If you'd like to walk to Stresa, we recommend first driving 3 minutes and starting up the hill (23 min total / avoids steps). Please note: You will have to walk through our upstairs living room (8m distance total) while we wait for approvals to build external stairs.

Un gioiello nel pieno centro di Stresa, in posizione tranquilla e con una delle più belle terrazze del posto. Grazie alla sua posizione ideale, potrete godervi a piedi la dolce vita di Stresa (2min dal lago e 5min dalla piazza centrale). La casa dispone di un posto auto. Dalla ristrutturazione della vecchia cascina della nonna ne è uscita una grande casa composta da due appartamenti. Al piano superiore vi è l'appartamento grande, con la zona giorno cucina/soggiorno, due ampie camere da letto, due bagni con vasca e doccia e tre balconi. In particolare dal terrazzo della zona giorno si domina il lago con le tre isole, qui è possibile pranzare godendo il panorama.
