This is a rare opportunity to enjoy a private lakefront, as only homeowners and guests have access to the water! Surrounded by old growth forests, this secluded getaway sits on 4 acres for you to explore. Oh and don't forget to look up! Our guests can enjoy unobstructed views of the spectacular Aurora Borealis. The cottage has access to Fairbanks Lake for boating and fishing and a quick drive to the provincial park for the beach. Sudbury is only 40 min away for a visit to Canada's Mining Capital.

Our family friendly lake front cottage is located 40km east of Sault Ste Marie, the ideal space to escape and relax at. The cottage offers 3 bedrooms and 1 bath with open concept living areas. Enjoy wonderful views of the lake and mountains from the deck. Full access to private waterfront yard with a beachy area, fire pit and dock. Swimming, fishing and kayaking are a must. Bring life jackets for water play and worms for fishing. Many trails for ATVs out your back door.
