Southwold's beach and famous beach huts are just a few off-road steps away and the high street with its independent shops, pubs and eateries are just round the corner. I genuinely love hosting and I prepare the house myself making sure that each guest is carefully catered for and has a very special stay.

Roann Holiday Home with Hot Tub is set in a spacious plot on the front of the park at the end, with unspoilt Panoramic Sea views. A Spacious outside Decking area for you to sit, enjoy watching the boats, maybe see a seal and porpoise and be one of the first to see the beautiful sunrises. The private spacious Hot Tub as well as the seating includes a reclining seat to put your feet up. The Hot Tub is situated to the side of Roann solely for your use to relax and unwind in whenever you so wish.

The hut is rustic, but comfortable, long benches with cushions for naps, and a stove and kettle. Ideal for couples, families and friends gathering. Doggie friendly.
