It is 9 miles to Madill and 13 to Ardmore, both of which have grocery stores and WalMarts although most of the restaurants are to be found in Ardmore. Stop on the way in and pick up your provisions, there is a full size fridge/freezer.

The house borders the Chickasaw National Recreation Area (CNRA), which allows bow hunting (behind my house) & gun (1 mile north). Boat docks & swimming areas are nearby at Arbuckle Lake. You will be a short drive from local attractions:CNRA, Turner Falls, Arbuckle Wilderness, Chickasaw Cultural Center, Artesian Casino, & Spa and much more.

Guest Cabin on top of a hill overlooking our working cattle ranch. The cabin is updated and clean and fully stocked with everything you need to spend one night or a whole month. This ranch cabin is in the middle of the Arbuckle Mts. A creek is 150 feet from the cabin. A shallow 8 x 10 pool is great for cooling off in the summer. The hot tub is hot fall all year. Trails go through the woods, by the creek and up a mountain to a valley overlook. This is a perfect retreat for nature lovers, not partiers. There is enough to do for a memorable vacation!
