Come calm your soul in the peace and comfort of a home away from home nestled in the Flint Hills of Kansas. Located on the east side of Tuttle Creek Lake and next to Carnahan Creek Recreation Area. An awesome get away for families, friends and couples. Manhattan is a 20 min drive for city fun. We can accommodate up to 8 people upon request for an additional $20.00 per head per night.

Welcome to the Cottage at Oak Aven Acres. Enjoy the beauty, and peace and quiet of rural living in this PRIVATE two bedroom Cape Cod style cottage, surrounded by eighty acres of native timber. Watch for deer, wild turkeys, and even a black squirrel as you sit on the back deck enjoying an early morning cup of coffee, or perhaps a glass of iced lemonade or tea in the evening. Oak Aven Acres offers a wide variety of trees that are home to many species of birds and other animals.

The Bern Cafe serves lunch M-F and dinner on Sunday evening. Other services are just a 15 minute drive away.

Trailhead Suites is themed for Marysville's historic trails and today's Blue River Rail Trail. Our 2 bedroom suites with full kitchen and bath can accommodate your short or long stay here in Marysville. The private adjoining doors allow you to combine multiple suites to accommodate your large group.
