It is a private studio apartment barn detached from the main house with its Private bathroom, kitchen, small dining space, and bedroom all in one private area just for you. Enjoy the lovely setting of this unique spot in the country side with nature. It has a beautiful sparkling blue pool and access to a nice lake at a walking distance. You are also 5 min nearby the downtown Dade City area and all the best and diverse restaurants in town. You are also 10 minutes away from the Mirada lagoon.

Relax in a clean, welcoming, home that has been updated. There are 2 fishing poles available for your use. We make sure they are in working condition and well maintained. Shopping, restaurants, and entertainment is close by. Want a beach....35 minute ride to Fort Island Trail Beach and boat ramp. We do allow hypoallergenic small dogs (2 max), non-shedding, 25 lbs. or less, each w/ proof of shot records, please bring a kennel with you. There is a non refundable $25.00 per dog fee.

Handicap accessible. Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. On a dead end street on a channel that goes out to some lakes in the area. Have a canoe,peddle boat and three bikes included to use during your stay. Little over an hour from Orlando Airport and about the same from Tampa Airport. 30 minute drive to Homosassa Springs that has many attractions. If you see any alligators please do not feed them. They become a nuisance and it’s also against the law.

Close to Weeki Wachee, Homosassa and Crystal River for manatee viewing or scallop season.
