Bonsai Cottage is completely private with its own fully fenced small garden nestled within our beautiful property a 3 minute drive to Eumundi Markets and 15 minutes to Noosa and Peregian beaches. We provide a small selection of breakfast commodities in fridge/ larder. Pet Friendly, Bonsai Cottage is also perfect for elderly or partially disabled. Birdsong Villa - Figtrees on Watson

Birdsong Villa (at Figtrees on Watson) is a purpose architect designed fully self contained cottage for use by our short stay guests. It is on the same property as our very popular Betharam Villa (see Figtrees on Watson listing for photos and information about this beautiful property). The villa has been designed to be wheelchair friendly with wide door opening and minimal door sills. The villa was completed in early 2021 and had been finished and furnished to a high standard.

Historic French style mountaintop scenic homestead

Rowan House, a magnificent three-level French-styled residence, is uniquely positioned high in the Sunshine Coast hinterland. Perched atop Mount Mellum’s highest north-easterly point, the homestead commands spectacular 180° views of almost 150 km of Australia’s coastline and islands - from Noosa through to Brisbane. The restored mansion was Queensland’s 1942 “House of the Year” and is just a 25 minute drive from beaches. Original tennis court is refurbished.

The perfect couple's escape! Situated 200m from Magical Montville Village, Treetops Seaview Montville is nestled on the escarpment where you can take in the fantastic hinterland and coastal views. Unwind in your two person spa, or relax in front of the two way fireplace. Each Treehouse is fully airconditioned and also has a kitchen. A breakfast hamper is provided upon arrival for your stay.
