KT’s Cottage Tiny Home near the Suwannee River

KT’s Cottage is located just minutes outside the city limits of Historical Downtown Live Oak and the beautiful Suwannee River. If you are passing through for business or to enjoy the area, I hope you will find our cottage’s accommodations are more than satisfactory. There is a queen bed downstairs as well as a queen in the loft, with plenty of extra pillows and blankets for your comfort. Coffee, tea & bottled water are included. Enjoy grilling while relaxing in the swing or sitting by a campfire

For NATURE LOVERS! On nearly 10 acres of wooded land all to yourself! Just minutes away from many world renowned Florida springs! Great for outdoor enthusiasts. You need to understand and be ready to LIVE TINY! This space was inspired by the tiny house movement and to allow people to escape the hectic everyday city life. Relax on the quiet 10 acre property. Enjoy the large deck and gazebo. Grill outside with the supplied grill. Have some s’mores at the bonfire. Try out the tiny home life!

A-frame near Madison Blue Springs

Get away from it all when you stay under the stars. Our A-frame Hobbit House is cozy and dry and sleeps 2 . The Aframe has electricity and AC in the summer months and heater for the cooler months. There is an outdoor bathhouse that is shared with the other people on the property. Outside, there is a picnic table, chairs, gas grill with burner, and firepit. You are welcome to use the firewood found on our property. Please note we have two very friendly golden retrievers and chickens on property.

The Blue House

This quaint, cozy getaway is exactly what you need to wind down and relax while creating a modern cabin feel. With free Wi-Fi Internet and access to live streaming to enjoy your favorite channels and shows. Along with a full functioning kitchen you’ll also be able to play board games in the rec room, or try your hand on the four player arcade loaded with 3000 games to choose from! After a long day sit down and enjoy a massage from our very own massage chair! RELAX at “The Blue House”.

The surrounding areas in Jennings and Jasper offer kayaking, rafting, fishing, boating, horseback trails for your horses and hunting opportunities. Approximately 850 sq ft upstairs guest suite, suitable for corporate travelers and vacationers alike. Available for short or extended stays. All ceilings and walls cypress wood and floors poplar wood. Decor coastal / lake . Beautiful relaxing view of lake and lush landscaping. 5 minutes or less to interstate 75,Home Depot distribution center and Quail Branch Plantation venue. Located within 15 minutes of Wild Adventures theme park , PCA and also Valdosta Georgia regional airport.

Suwannee River Paradise

Remote cozy cabin-Two riverfront acres, 2 solo kayaks + 1 tandem for use with waiver. Private walk 500 ft through woods path to the riverfront. The well water is sulfur and tanic, so please bring drinking water! Sleeping loft for two more guests upstairs. Springs galore in this section of the Suwannee. Diver's paradise, "Peacock Springs" network is a short drive. Springs map provided. Conditions vary with river. It is advised to check with your host a week prior.

Studio loft/ kitchenette/porch/bath

3 Miles from I75 exit 414 .studio apartment w/ porch over barn. Fire pit with wood available. Grill. Hammock swings under oaks. Stalls available. Close to riding/hiking trails in O'leno State Park. Close to springs for tubing/kayak/canoe. Ichetucknee Spring State Park, Ginny Springs, ++. Also 15 minutes from Santa Fe River and paddling/kayak/canoe rentals . Diving excursions available in High Springs. Quiet setting w/ pastures and grand daddy oaks.

River Retreat

In the heart of Florida's cave diving region. Located right on the Suwannee River. Near by attractions; Royal Spring with Boat Ramp; 4 miles; Little River Spring; 8 miles;Troy Spring; 17 miles; Blue Hole Spring; 20 miles; Ichetucknee Spring; 22 miles; . As of now, the dock and stairs going down to the river are under re-construction. But can still get down to the river. I have 3 large dogs, let me know when you might arrive. So I can have them inside.
