This off grid, alternative powered site is located towards the front of a large twelve acre estate, alongside a flowing brook. Elevated over a natural spring that flows year round, the Japanese inspired aesthetics of this private, tiny cabin sits perched atop a deck among the wooded trees overlooking the waterway the mineral spring feeds, but not before filling the in-ground, cedar lined, two person, bubbling hot tub heated with a wood burning stove. Welcome to our sun-filled home with a magical backyard where two creeks converge! This modernized farmhouse is an easy 8-min drive to Livingston Manor, one of the most popular towns in the Catskills. The home is on the sleepy Main St of a hamlet with a fully fenced yard for you to relax with kids or pets :) You can truly unwind and enjoy nature without having to leave the property, stroll the rail trail just a few doors down from the house, or use our tips to explore the area!

This stunning house has been renovated and offers total privacy and serenity - sitting on 5 acres at the end of a quiet road. The Mountain Terrace has an indoor wood stove, a deck with a beautiful view, a fire-pit, 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and a double high ceiling in the main living space. There is a washer/dryer, a dishwasher an artist cabin and a private yoga studio. An easy 15 min drive to Livingston Manor for great restaurants, shopping and activities. Pet friendly.
