Y’all come stay a while… Fred and Fanny’s belonged my sweet grandparents who nary met a stranger. Their 2 bedroom 1 Bath home is located right in the Town of New Castle, where my granny was the Treasurer for many years. It’s fully furnished and features eat in kitchen, washer and dryer, and fenced in yard. Walking distance to town… and It’s not real far from Roanoke or Blacksburg. Close to Wilderness Adventure, and it’s less than 27 mins to the Furthest Trailhead in Va’s Triple crown!

We love sharing our farmstead with guests and also understand if guests prefer tranquil time to themselves. Today, the house is tastefully appointed where expected - & comfortable to modern standards - yet, it has been left as charming, rustic & cozy as it had always been: with elements of the original decor, windows, plaster walls, etc., being preserved. Pets stay for free!
