Will also see “Alphie” the alpaca & his sheep walking by.

Located at the calm waters of the riverfront you can watch the yacht racing, Oscar W paddle steamer pass by or casually walk along the shore to the cafes & the local activities. Comfortable furnishings throughout, the master bedroom has a postrepedic king sized bed & views of the water. The second bedroom has a comfortable queen bed. There is also a small public jetty in front. Walk or ride anywhere! Maybe catch the train to Victor or cruise the river. Everything is a few hundred meters!

It has extensive lawns sweeping down to the waters edge and a private landing ideal for mooring your boat or fishing. Bring the boat or kayaks, and take advantage of the private community reserve by the river. For large groups, 'Serenity' is also available with it's sister house, 'Esprit', located across the street.

Delphi is positioned at the end of a no through road in the quiet village of Mylor in the Adelaide Hills only 20 minutes from the city. The property runs down to the banks of the Onkaparinga River with a large waterhole and rock escarpment. The cottage sits a the top of the property with views over the landscaped edible art garden.
