Completely private and the guest space is separate from the main house, with keyless entry. Situated close to restaurants, beach, shopping centres and beautiful Shellharbour village. Also, small dog friendly (non-shedding only ) but you MUST advise if you are bringing a fur Baby please. Also, be aware, there's no fenced yard, however the porch can be enclosed. 🎃 . Easy access from rail and Illawarra Airport the rental is also close to highway for road access. Photos show this is a two room establishment with galley kitchen - bedroom - dining area and bathroom. Privacy and seclusion is guaranteed with ample off street parking. Tradies more than welcome. We do not normally provide for family pets as there are no fences.

Studio on Park is an architecturally-designed, custom-built studio situated perfectly between the Illawarra escarpment and Southern coastline. Stay with us and explore the stunning South Coast from this private oasis. We accommodate up to 4 adult guests - 1 x queen bed and 1 x pull out sofa bed in the living area. The studio strictly does not accept pets or children under the age of 8. Babies who are not yet walking are welcome. This is due to the delicate nature and design of the studio.

Welcome to ‘Casa Pequena’ - a fully contained tiny house neatled in our private yard in quiet Barrack Heights - 1.5kms from Shellharbour Beaches and the new Shellcove Marina and 3kms to the Shellharbour City Centre. We have two chickens who are in a coop when we have guests - please be mindful they are visible and well mannered doggies are a must.
