Just 3 miles from Yarmouth and 4 miles from the beach, the listed brewery has a beautiful garden which is bordered by the river and the gentle trickle of the mill stream. The coastal village of Milford-on-Sea has great restaurants, 10-15 min walk along the road or a leisurely 20 minutes across the fields with views over The Isle of Wight. ‘Smugglers’ quirky hideaway

Smugglers was once an old stable attached to the back of our house. It’s still linked to the house, but is self contained. It’s unusual shapes and fixtures make it very quirky and would suit people that like something a bit different. There is a main double bed and a mezzanine deck ideal for relaxing on. The little kitchen allows you to stay in and cook for yourself if you fancy a cozy night in. The courtyard in front of smugglers can be used for bbq’s if the weather is kind!
