The Annexe at Beech House

The Annexe is a bright & spacious self-contained flat with a private entrance, & free on-site parking. From the bedroom you access the south facing garden & private patio. Drayton is to the northwest of Norwich with pubs, a petrol station with cash point, a pharmacy, doctor's surgery & a supermarket all within walking distance. The city centre with its cathedrals, Plantation Garden, & other sights are easily accessed. The Norfolk Broads, the coast & even the airport are just a short drive away.

The Old Dairy, a rural Norfolk hideaway

For over a hundred years, this characterful old dairy was where the cows were milked at Hawthorn Farm. Sympathetically and luxuriously converted into a two-bedroom cottage in 2017, it is self-contained and completely detached. Inside, original walls, beams and vaulted ceilings give it a spacious, airy feel. It has its own fully-equipped kitchenette, and a bathroom with a large shower, WC and basin. The spacious 18 x 14 foot carpeted living space has two huge comfy sofas and a table and chairs.

Close to the stunning North Norfolk coast, Norwich and the Norfolk Broads, this is a great base for exploring and visiting the local attractions. A perfect setting for couples in the heart of the Norfolk countryside on the outskirts of the historic Aylsham market town. 1 dog welcome, but not to be left alone in the property The Dairy forms part of Spratt's Green Farm and was completely renovated over 1.5 years, finished in July 2022. The property dates from the 1800s and whilst it now has all the nice bits you would expect, we have retained original features like exposed beams, old bread maker and copper boiler.
