Welcome to The Park Cottage, we are thrilled to have you stay with us. Staying at the Park Cottage means you get a clean and sanitized home all to yourself, 3 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, fully equipped kitchen, comfy living area with internet connected TV, second floor loft with two single beds and play area for kids. You also get a sunroom with beautiful forest views, and an outdoor firepit. We are located adjacent to Paris Mountain State Park property, and a State Park Pass is included in your stay.

Lounge on the wide wrap around porch, al fresco dining, hammock naps, grilling, campfires. A magical getaway yet close to the super cute town Travelers Rest, Swamp Rabbit Trail and Furman U. Cleaned professionally; Owner managed and live on site.

Just built in 2022, you’ll enjoy this beautifully appointed duplex. 2 bedrooms, master has a king bed, second room has a queen and front room/office with has a fold down daybed. Soak in our amazing hot tub on our back patio. All the comforts of home including linens and a well supplied kitchen. Small kitchen appliances for your use are a toaster, keurig coffee maker, air fryer, and a waffle maker. Close to GSP, Greer Station, Lyman Lake Lodge

Filled with all you need amenities in each room; kitchen, laundry, and bathroom. We hope you enjoy this space as much as we have. You have access to the deck, fire pit, the full backyard, Pets are welcome! There is parking for 3 cars; We are about 15 minutes from GSP airport, 15 minutes from Downtown, 10 minutes to Haywood Mall, 12 miles from BMW museum and factory.

The Cottage at Old Oaks Farm

Built in the early 1900's, this serene cottage is located approximately one mile from Furman University at the base of Paris Mt. It has been lovingly improved, but the floors are a bit slanted and no corner is exactly square. Located in a neighborhood on a five acre farm, it consists of three large rooms, comfortably furnished and lots of natural light. The cottage is convenient to downtown Greenville(5 miles),Travelers Rest, Furman, and the Swamp Rabbit Trail. No pet fee or cleaning fee.
