Grandma's House at Jordan Valley

We have built our very roomy home to resemble a barn. Having raised our 13 children here we have some empty space. The home features: 2 bed/2 bath, stocked kitchen, dining room, living room/sofa sleeper, 50”smart tv, and WiFi. Unique features include: original pocket doors, corded/weighted window sashes, and antique pieces. Step back in time while enjoying the modern conveniences of central heat/AC, appliances, luxury bedding, and high speed internet.

The Bunk House

Take it easy at this unique and peaceful accommodation. Located 8 miles from West Point, 7 miles from Snyder, and 6 miles from Scribner, this location offers a short drive to surrounding communities. Less than a mile away is Dead Timber State Recreation area with walking trails and lakes. The Bunk House is located on the same place the hosts live. Covered parking in the shed is available. Sleeping spaces include one queen size bed, a couch, and a queen size air mattress if needed.

Hilltop Studio Apt.

Located one hour from Omaha in the scenic Loess Hills of Iowa, this newly remodeled studio apartment above the garage has a large deck and a beautiful valley view overlooking my hometown. With a queen bed, a pull-out sofa, full kitchen, shower in bathroom, laundry, and gas fireplace, the apt. is attached by an elevated deck to the main house, my childhood home, (which my husband and I call our "Hilltop Hospitality House"). We are excited to welcome gracious guests to this lovely space.

Grain Bin Getaway

Nestled at the foot of the Loess Hills, this repurposed grain bin is a sight to see. Every inch of the inside has been customized for a relaxing and luxurious experience. Conveniently located just 30 minutes from downtown Omaha, as well as within a quick drive to numerous state parks. There is even an external electrical hook up for campers. Finally, our grain bin includes 20 acres of the Loess Hills to explore. We recommend hiking to the top of the ridge for sunset. It's breath taking.

The Rendezvous- A perfect Fall getaway!

This newly built carriage house features a spacious upstairs studio apartment in a quiet, wooded neighborhood. It is perfect for peaceful getaways or business travel. You will enjoy a comfy king sized bed, efficient work space, full kitchen with modern appliances, and a laundry room. This gem sits on its own lot and is surrounded by trees. It is conveniently located just one mile south of Blair with easy access to highway 75 and a short scenic drive into downtown Omaha.

Cheerful home with indoor Fireplace & King beds

We have a unique older home in a nice neighborhood. This home has 2 bedrooms with king sized beds, a sofabed, queen air mattress and a pak-n-play. A wood burning fireplace gives the home a cozy warmth during the winter months. Outdoor fire pit as well as a gas barbecue are available for use in the large, fenced back yard. Fully stocked kitchen should have most everything you'd need to prepare and serve a nice meal. We look forward to hosting you.

Fremont Farm Cottage

Forget your worries in the spacious and serene property. The cottage sits on an acreage nestled among farmland with flowing field views. Built in the 1920’s the cottage underwent full renovation in 2024. It maintains it 1920’s character while offering a large kitchen, 3.5 beautiful bathrooms and a large family room with ping pong and foosball tables. Paved access to Highway 275 makes Fremont a quick 7 minute drive and West Omaha a 25 minute drive.

You will find a cozy, simple, clean and affordable studio apartment. The apartment is a safe and quiet space to relax and retreat or concentrate and work. The fully equipped kitchen and the refrigerator/freezer makes it a great place to prepare a meal. Great for weekly or extended monthly stays.
