Wake to stunning mountain views from bed at Gentle Presence Cottages! This Cottage offers self-catering for 6 and has been lovingly decorated using a mixture of antiques and modern furnishings to make guests feel right at home. Built in the 1900’s as stables, this Cottage is one of the oldest buildings in Clarens and it's thought that farmers would arrive by ox-wagon before sharing Nagmaal (Holy Communion). There are 2 Cottages on the premises, set apart and with own entrances for privacy.

Cozy Mountain Cottage on Historic Farm

This Luxury, fully equipped, self catering cottage sleeps 6 people in 3 bedrooms, each with their own entrance. Close to the village centre but far enough away to experience the tranquility of its mountain hideaway. Luxury percale linen and soft towels are provided. Heating is in each bedroom for winter nights. The open plan living area has everything you need for a home away from home holiday. A little fireplace makes for cozy winter nights and outside areas are ideal for summer evenings.

This is a unique, comfortable, fully kitted, self-catering house sleeping 8/10 people. Hidden in a quiet corner of our working farm it overlooks a pristine section of the Wilge River, with the famous waterfall and Nelson's Kop mountain providing spectacular scenery. Guests will be able to enjoy absolute peace, uninterrupted views and walks in almost every direction. Please note that the property is remote and the last 200m of the access road will require a high clearance vehicle.

The cottage is good for couples, friends or families as it has two en-suite bedrooms with a queen size bed in each. TV with Netflix, selected Dstv and free WiFi. Full kitchen and braai and a cozy fireplace in the lounge. Gas stove and inverter-battery back-up during loadshedding.

Clarens House Self Catering Holiday Home

Clarens House is a modern minimalistic home, with unique features, a spacious open plan living area, and creative, relaxing outdoor areas to enjoy. The house sleeps 4 guests in two ensuite bedrooms. The arrangement is open plan bedroom/bathroom upstairs and closed bathroom downstairs. A minute's walk to shops and restaurants. There is an indoor braai which acts as a fireplace. Platteland Holiday Home

Our holiday home features three bedrooms: one with a queen bed, and two double bed bedrooms, one bathroom in the main part of the house and an additional bathroom past the kitchen next to the office/study. Additionally, it boasts a semi-open plan kitchen, living room with large windows overlooking the conservancy and access to a generous patio. The house is located on the edge of Bester street right next to one of the walking trails and conservancy.

The verandah of the Willows is a special place to enjoy your holiday from as it looks out over the farm lands and beyond. The Willows is equipped with a fireplace. It has full premium DSTV.
