Η θαλασσα ειναι στα 250 μετρα με τα ποδια, πολυ ευκολη προσβαση με δρομο χωρις ανηφορες ή σκαλες. Το σπιτι ειναι ολοκαίνουριο, υπερσύγχρονο κατασκευης 2024. Στα μπαλκονια υπαρχουν τεντες για σκιαση.

"Seashell2” is a 46 sq.m. apartment in Skala Maries village of Thassos. It is located in the heart of the village and 50-60 m away from the main beach. In a very close distance there is a super market, pharmacy, restaurants, coffee shop. There is also easy parking near the apartment. In addition, at a very short distance (150-200 m.) there is easy access to two more beaches of the village. We are at your disposal for information and any serve you want.

Η οικία Τzaneti είναι ένας μοντέρνος χώρος που βρίσκεται στο Λιμένα Θάσου, είναι μόνο 300 μέτρα από την κοντινότερη παραλία, Αι Βασίλης και 1,5 χιλ από το κέντρο της πόλης. Ο περιβάλλων χώρος περιστοιχιζεται από δέντρα , σε μια ήσυχη γειτονιά. Στα 50 μέτρα είναι το πλησιέστερο super market.
